Yes. Please advise your property manager when signing your lease and we will arrange for connection of services through our partner organisation. There is no charge for this service.
No. To protect your possessions you would need to take out Household Contents Insurance.
The bond needs to be paid before the commencement of the tenancy.
Please advise us immediately. You can do this by submitting a Maintenance Request Form or sending us an email.
During business hours you can contact our office. Outside of these times use the emergency contact number that we provided you with when you commenced your tenancy. To determine what constitutes emergency repairs, please refer to the information on the Maintenance Request Form.

Scheduled Open For Inspections will occur twice weekly with one being on the weekend. If these times do not suit you we will endeavour to arrange a private inspection. Please note that this is only possible where circumstances and legislation permits.

No. For security reasons a representative of Mayfair Property Management will attend the property with you. This also ensures that any questions that you have can be answered
