How do you become a VALUED TENANT?
- Treat our investor’s property with great care. It is your responsibility to look after the day to day upkeep and cleanliness of the property and let us know immediately if there are any issues we should know about or require attention.
- Be nice to our staff. They will be doing their best to make your tenancy excellent.
- Ensure your rent is paid on or before the due date. We do not tolerate late payments. Direct debit is available to make this more convenient for you.
- Don’t be shy. If you have any issues with our service or conduct, let us know, we’ll address your concerns immediately.
